Standard shipping across Australia typically takes 2–8 business days, depending on your location. Delays due to courier or postal services may occasionally occur and are outside our control.

Standard 1 year warranty will apply to all products. Please contact us to initiate a return if:
The product is defective or dead on arrival
- If the product is assessed to be defective or dead on arrival the buyer is is entitled to a replacement product, partial refund or full refund. If the defective item is requested to be returned, a replacement item will be sent after the defective item is received. Shipping costs will be covered by EV Gear.
- EV Gear is not liable for products that have been misused or incorrectly installed. Please read the instructions or contact us for any support.
- EV Gear is not liable for reasonable wear and tear due to the product's age and normal use.
Change of mind
- We accept returns for a refund if you change your mind. To qualify, items must be returned at your expense within 30 days and must be in unused, undamaged condition. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund. If the item is returned damaged, a partial refund may be issued. Please ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during shipping.
- Please note that all change-of-mind refunds are subject to a restocking fee of either $8.00 or 5% of the item's value, whichever is higher.
