Shipping policy

Processing Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If additional information is needed to process your order, we’ll contact you via email.

No shipping to PO Box addresses

We currently ship to all physical residential and commercial addresses within Australia. Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes addresses. We utilise delivery services that require a physical street address for delivery, any orders placed with a PO Box as the shipping destination will be delayed while an alternative address is organised.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard shipping across Australia typically takes 2–8 business days, depending on your location. Delays due to courier or postal services may occasionally occur and are outside our control.

Tracking

You’ll receive an email with a tracking number within 1 business day of dispatch. If you haven’t received tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us at contact@evgear.com.au.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping: Free on most orders Australia wide. A regional and remote Oversized items surcharge applicable for some orders at checkout.
Express shipping: if available will be calculated by weight at checkout.
Air fright shipping: if available will be calculated by weight at checkout.


Split Orders

Your order may be shipped in multiple parcels to ensure faster delivery of available items. Tracking will be provided for each shipment.
