Refund policy

Standard 1 year warranty will apply to all products. Please contact us to initiate a return if:

Contact us within 14 days from delivery to report any defect or damages.
If the product is assessed to be defective or dead on arrival the buyer is entitled to a replacement product, partial refund or full refund. If the defective item is requested to be returned, a replacement item will be sent after the defective item is received. Shipping costs will be covered by Novark EV Gear.
Novark EV Gear is not liable for products that have been misused or incorrectly installed. Please read the instructions or contact us prior for any support.
Novark EV Gear is not liable for reasonable wear and tear due to the product's age and normal use.

Accepted within 30 days of item delivery.
To qualify, items must be returned at your expense. It must be in unused, undamaged condition with original packaging.
Pack the package securely to avoid any damage during transit.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund. If the item is returned damaged, the return request may be voided or partially refunded.
Please note that all change-of-mind refunds are subject to a restocking fee of either $10.00 or 8% of the item's value, whichever is higher.
