Pre-Order please read me:
The boot liners and the floor mats are the revised edition. The first batch of February restock have been allocated to pre-orders. We expect the next batch to arrive in Mid to 2nd half of March.
Some of our mats are currently out of stock/shown as Pre-order. Please leave us a note about your 7X delivery time so we can arrange goods delivery to best accompany that. You may receive your order in a separate package.

Processing Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If additional information is needed to process your order, we’ll contact you via email.
No shipping to PO Box addresses
We currently ship to all physical residential and commercial addresses within Australia. Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes addresses. We utilise delivery services that require a physical street address for delivery, any orders placed with a PO Box as the shipping destination will be delayed while an alternative address is organised.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard shipping across Australia typically takes 2–8 business days, depending on your location. Delays due to courier or postal services may occasionally occur and are outside our control.
Tracking
You’ll receive an email with a tracking number within 1 business day of dispatch. If you haven’t received tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us at contact@evgear.com.au.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping: Free on most orders Australia wide. In some rare occasions it can incur additional charge to remote areas on oversized items, we'll contact you to workout an alternative means.
Express shipping: if available will be calculated by weight at checkout.
Air fright shipping: if available will be calculated by weight at checkout.
Split Orders
Your order may be shipped in multiple parcels to ensure faster delivery of available items. Tracking will be provided for each shipment.

Standard 1 year warranty will apply to all products. Please contact us to initiate a return if:
The product is defective or dead on arrival
- If the product is assessed to be defective or dead on arrival the buyer is is entitled to a replacement product, partial refund or full refund. If the defective item is requested to be returned, a replacement item will be sent after the defective item is received. Shipping costs will be covered by EV Gear.
- EV Gear is not liable for products that have been misused or incorrectly installed. Please read the instructions or contact us for any support.
- EV Gear is not liable for reasonable wear and tear due to the product's age and normal use.
Change of mind
- We accept returns for a refund if you change your mind. To qualify, items must be returned at your expense within 30 days and must be in unused, undamaged condition. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund. If the item is returned damaged, a partial refund may be issued. Please ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during shipping.
- Please note that all change-of-mind refunds are subject to a restocking fee of either $8.00 or 8% of the item's value, whichever is higher.
