Our Zeekr 7X floor mats are currently sold out and available for pre-order. While we wait for the main restock, we’re doing everything we can to get your order to you sooner, including sending part of the shipment by air.
You may receive your order in two separate packages, with an estimated delivery time of 15–20 days from your order date. We’re working hard to shorten this timeframe in the coming week and will update it here once confirmed.

Please note that due to a manufacturing error, the opening made on the outer half of the boot liner is bit too small. So you'd still need to lift the boot liner's edge in order to access the boot floor latch. If this is an important factor for you, please wait for our future batches.

Processing Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If additional information is needed to process your order, we’ll contact you via email.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard shipping across Australia typically takes 2–8 business days, depending on your location. Delays due to courier or postal services may occasionally occur and are outside our control.
Tracking
You’ll receive an email with a tracking number within 1 business day of dispatch. If you haven’t received tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us at contact@evgear.com.au.

Standard 1 year warranty will apply to all products. Please contact us to initiate a return if:
The product is defective or dead on arrival
- If the product is assessed to be defective or dead on arrival the buyer is is entitled to a replacement product, partial refund or full refund. If the defective item is requested to be returned, a replacement item will be sent after the defective item is received. Shipping costs will be covered by EV Gear.
- EV Gear is not liable for products that have been misused or incorrectly installed. Please read the instructions or contact us for any support.
- EV Gear is not liable for reasonable wear and tear due to the product's age and normal use.
Change of mind
- We accept returns for a refund if you change your mind. To qualify, items must be returned at your expense within 30 days and must be in unused, undamaged condition. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund. If the item is returned damaged, a partial refund may be issued. Please ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during shipping.
- Please note that all change-of-mind refunds are subject to a restocking fee of either $8.00 or 8% of the item's value, whichever is higher.
