Hard Bottom Car Back Seat Cover & Extender for Dogs

Built with three internal load-bearing plates, it provides a firm, flat surface that supports up to 150 kg — far more stable than a soft cover, and genuinely more comfortable for dogs to rest on. Processing Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If additional information is needed to process your order, we’ll contact you via email.

No shipping to PO Box addresses

We currently ship to all physical residential and commercial addresses within Australia. Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes addresses. We utilise delivery services that require a physical street address for delivery, any orders placed with a PO Box as the shipping destination will be delayed while an alternative address is organised.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard shipping across Australia typically takes 2–8 business days, depending on your location. Delays due to courier or postal services may occasionally occur and are outside our control.

Shipping from Our Overseas Warehouse

To minimise delays, if an item is not available in our Australian warehouse, Novark EVgear may ship part or all of your order directly from our overseas supplier warehouse via air freight. This happens at no extra cost to you. Where this applies:

If your order is split between Australian and overseas stock, each parcel will be shipped separately, with tracking provided for each.
All prices shown include GST, and you will not be charged any additional import duties or fees on delivery.
If you’d prefer to wait for local stock rather than receive an overseas shipment, please email contact@evgear.com.au as soon as possible after placing your order.

Tracking

You’ll receive an email with a tracking number within 1 business day of dispatch. If you haven’t received tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us at contact@evgear.com.au.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping: Free on most orders Australia wide. A regional and remote Oversized items surcharge applicable for some orders at checkout.
Express shipping: if available will be calculated by weight at checkout.
Air fright shipping: if available will be calculated by weight at checkout.

The product is defective or dead on arrival

If the product is assessed to be defective or dead on arrival the buyer is is entitled to a replacement product, partial refund or full refund. If the defective item is requested to be returned, a replacement item will be sent after the defective item is received. Shipping costs will be covered by EV Gear.

EV Gear is not liable for products that have been misused or incorrectly installed. Please read the instructions or contact us for any support.

EV Gear is not liable for reasonable wear and tear due to the product's age and normal use.

Change of mind

We accept returns for a refund if you change your mind. To qualify, items must be returned at your expense within 30 days and must be in unused, undamaged condition. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund. If the item is returned damaged, a partial refund may be issued. Please ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during shipping.
Please note that all change-of-mind refunds are subject to a restocking fee of either $8.00 or 8% of the item's value, whichever is higher.
